I often see Kpop fans saying that single albums and mini albums sell less than full albums. Is it true? I never thought people today buy an album for the songs inside the CD but mostly for the photocards, photobook, and the album itself. How many people still own a CD player these days and prefer it over online streaming platform?
Is number of songs really influence album sales?

$270 for an album of old songs...
Hopefully no more expensive album for BTS but knowing BH, idk anymore.

That's something that was common for the 2nd generation and earlier, the 3rd gen groups had a hit and miss rate of sales from EPs to Full Albums.
Largely because Full Albums generally had Photobooks for the 2nd gen, but not for EPs, while Photobooks were included for all types of CD albums for the 3rd gen
