8 songs are considered a full album nowadays and BTS recent releases are usually 2 versions like you said, so only time can tell.

BTS do not need to sell 20 versions of their Album. Let's just leave that for other Kpop groups that normalize it. If they go back to 4 versions, they will be able to make another record. They will be able to take the title back from Kpop and will be a strong contender worldwide IFPI. But I agree with Jasmine_Waters , Big Hit will probably follow through with how they did with BE. At this point in their career, I don't believe BTS care for anymore records. For them, it's been there. Done that.
