It means actually nothing at all
A norm ISO means that you "promise" to go for a more respectable company etc... But it's a voluntarily norm, once you gets the certifications you have no control and you aren't forced to follow what it says

Actually a lot of company who are certified ISO 37001 have been proven to be guilty of corruption
Microsoft was force to pay 25 M for corruption even if they were certified ISO 37001
ENI was also accused of Corruption in Nigeria even if they were certified ISO 37001
lots of people doesn't know how a ISO certification works so tons of companies promote the ISO certification to make it look better than it really is
It's like some kind of greenwashing

yeah, that's why I said its good news for the shareholders I guess. They probably like to hear the structures are in place. But as fans who cares.
ISO certification (and annual audits) are a joke...they hand out iso certs and renewals to any company that is willing to fork over the annual fee.
They can still do fraud on the low
