By the end of 2019 BTS were the 39th most streamed artist on spotify, they had already overtaken One Direction (who where one position below them at 40th). Fast-forward to 2024 and still no other kpop group has managed to enter the top50 even after 4 years, while BTS is now comfortably in the top10

That isn’t true at all. I didn’t praise twice to the detriment of BTS. This is basically praising BTS, which is fine, and also making fun of other groups for not achieving the same thing. You can use facts to put down other groups. Saying something factual isn’t by itself putting down others it’s how you do it.
Also I mean you can put other groups down that’s your prerogative. But people can also say it is dumb.

I disagree but ok. Why would I be triggered by BTS success? I have never claimed they weren’t successful and have always praised their success. So weird to think me saying I think this thread is targeting other groups is me being upset about BTS success. Those are two separate things all together.
