Yes it's metal. Different sub genres with different aesthetics. That's a thing I like with metal compared to pop artists and other genres, which I think tend to have boring album covers.

Back in the days, when we didn't have any internet to know how a band sounded like, it was not unusual to purchase an album based off its cover artwork. It was a gamble but that was the power a good artwork had.

I would be amazed if there is anyone on here who would know most of my non KPop-albums xD

(Counted, the person who can amaze me needs to know 53 albums on here who ain't KPop)
