Hybe will have lot of problems if babymonsters gets blackpink level of music video production, kpop is a visual genre, you can have a very mid song but catchy enough for your average kpop fan but with a outstanding music video that same song will attract fans like flies. Newjeans weakest point is exactly their music video, they have good ideas and min heejin interesting visual concepts but that's it, blackpink level videos with all the ads money yg can throw would be deadly.

If Babymonsters music is good then they don't stand a chance. YG is desperate as they are currently crumbling with all their groups and with BP rumoured to be leaving, they need a new moneymaker, so they will go all out with Babymonster's debut MV and mini album. New Jeans is already strong enough competition for every girl group, right now, so I'd say New jeans and Aespa are Babymonster's biggest competition and not I'll it.

You can start their guild and see how it goes

I think they will track better than BoyNextDoor who are growing nicely. Not as big as NJs because they dont have MJH. But in a couple of years time, they could be as big or bigger.

What if thats the plan? Iirc Ador explicitly says its just funded by HYBE, NJ creative aspect is not HYBE success at all. What if HYBE wants to have their own version of NJ with full control.

blackpink will renew the girls literally keep updating us even jisoo was laughing at a fan for implying they will leave.

Having said that I do think baemon will do well despite ahyeon not being included in their debut ( or leaving)

I will not believe anything until YG finally coughs up the truth with a proper statement

For Babymonster, it depends on if their debut song is good. They'll already be automatically popular from being the juniors of Blackpink but that can't save them forever if their music isn't good.
