List girl groups with no desire to promote in the USA

What if the USA has no desire for girl groups to promote here?

Much as I would like to see some of them succeed, it just never works out.

There is none because Kpop Companies aren't moronic to not promote in America if they are given the opportunity to, plus they can do what Chrome Entertainment did and bill Crayon Pop for not making enough money when they opened for Lady Gaga.
