The figures speak for themselves
Even if he had 3 shows in Korea it would have been less than 3 million, bringing the least amount of revenues, and the people coming to his Korean perf would not be exclusively Korean.
Ironically he showed that Korean concerts are just waste of time for internationally relevant acts, a fan service to the Korean fans, nothing more, nothing less.
During the pandemic era, everyone was stuck in their own countries, so someone who could do pretty well domestically had a similar stature with those who could promote outside of the country.
Even Suga fell to the trap and did a duet with someone who has been trying to undermine KPop for more than a decade, and that person was seen as a rival of BTS by many.
I think that Suga's figures will be a benchmark for other acts who will continue to reduce Korean concerts.
Suga's concert tour is the biggest by a soloist from Korea, although JK's tour is likely to be bigger (which is why I don't think he will enlist anytime soon), but inside Korea the people there will still think that The Singer who Tried to Undermine Kpop for all her life will be bigger than him because her concert there was larger.
