Clear means English as in the language. Kpop fans will have mixed feelings, but you could see this eventuality coming a mile away. Hitman Bang even spelled it out - "the letter K needs to be diluted" because K-pop is "a culture encompassing everything from fans, their consumption behaviors, production and industrial system" rather than a music genre.

Smart that instead of gradual dilution, they're ripping off the band-aid since they know Army will support them regardless.

As long as the music is good, I don’t mind the language. It being in English is just a plus for intl fans who can sing along and understand it without needing translations.

I'm guessing Jungkook didn't write or compose any songs for the album since it's all English? That is such a bummer. He has good self-produced work like Still With You, My You and My Time. I was really looking forward to experience the same magic.

If it's fully in English, they probably changed previous direction of album. He can release English album and later Korean. I'm ok with both. :)

I have never cared about the language of a song or an album while listening to it. Or else I wouldn't have gotten into kpop at all. I didn't get into BTS because they were singing in Korean. What matters is how it sounds and what it conveys...

Looking forward to his album regardless. But yeah would like to see some of his compositions there. It will still be possible even if it's an English album because we have seen him work with Japanese producers too for Japanese songs.
