Would poverty diminish if poor people are forbidden to have children ?

No. You can't forbade people in having children. Everybody is allowed to have 1 child. I did and and my daughter never lived in poverty. If people budgeted and used their money more wisely, there'd be less people struggling imo. I manage and it isn't rocket science.
