The Fifty Fifty situation is actually a perfect political and corporate lesson about leadership

  • Whoever is the culprit of this drama, Siahn, Fifties or CEO, it doesn't matter. In the end the responsibility lies on CEO for a poor leadership.

I mean just going through his texts, it is fucking crazy that he was doing all the business through Siahn with no direct involvement. Mofo couldn't even talk to girls, like bruh, you're a fucking CEO, you can talk to anybody. He himself created a situation in which the producer thought "hmm why do we even need this CEO, I'm doing everything" and decided to take over.

  • He already failed with Hotshot and Ha Sungwoon. Even if he 'wins' this case he has proven that he should not be left in charge of a lemonade stand.

JYP and Yang Hyunsuk founded their companies when they were in their 20s, and IU became the owner of her company when she was 27(although actually 1,341), and they managed their companies much better than him, who has a long history of founding and abandoning companies.

  • +1

I have been reading threads and articles, but I fail to see any mentioning of him 'managing' the girls? It's seems like they are managed by someone else. So in that instance, he is an incompetent leader or at least he did not try in that aspect.

CEO gives you monetary support, but 'manager' is there with you for activities and moral support. In this case I think you'll feel closer to the 'manager' instead of CEO. Same with corporate job.

But anyhow, with all the trial and news coming out; it felt like 2 old men fighting to take custody of their kids, and the kids are being blamed for things they aren't in control of. It's weird, people are, and their reactions.

  • I think spending all of your own money and all of your mother's savings is a sign of incompetence. Renting an accommodation in an expensive neighborhood when you can't afford it and spending more money than you have, it doesn't mean you care, it means you're irresponsible

It is a sob story invented by Jeon to get Korean support since a lot of Koreans are melodramatic, but in reality he got investment money from a company called interpark.

In other words, he has no trouble lying in order to gain support. Jeon is no less of a crook than Siahn, but at least Siahn delivered something while Jeon has delivered nothing.

  • A thing few Koreans note is the money was not actually his money, but interpark's money. He cheated interpark to build his own boy group, using FF as the attention grabber to get money, but unfortunately for him they grew too big for him to handle so he is throwing dirt to them.

Jeon knows how to play the Koreans, since he mostly handled media during his manager days, but I don't think he knows there is big world out there in places not named Korea.

  • I mean this is how most companies are though? If he knows hes not a good manger but hired someone to manage the girls dont see what the issue with that is?

Siahn delivered what was asked by Jeon.. Jeon delivered literally fifty/fifty success just as much as Siahn the song wouldnt have done shit without the viral marketing from Jeon. Regarding whether he spent his own money or investment money? I dont know and neither do you.

That's a fair point, I agree with you. Managers are there for that situation. But what I really wanted to point out was that the girls probably felt more familiar and trusting to the ones that actually manages them. So in this instance, they go with the Sian guy. But it's the reaction of the people that got me confused, because isn't it more beneficial and logical way for the girls to do so? And again, since they was managed by Sian, for all we know he could of said all the money was from him or even did not relay CEO words for words.

It is all speculation from all of us, until the court decides otherwise. But seeing comments trashing the girls are disheartening, as they are completely newbies in this industry. Super easy to target.

I mean we all see it when popular idols from big companies got slaved contracts or sued their previous employer and we felt for them, why can't we show a little empathy for these girls? Like literally they have no power and nothing they could do, besides being chess piece for two old men trying to take custody of the kids.

CEO did one thing right, sway public opinions onto him.
