People are taking the term too literally and personally. I’ve seen it used as an expression for people who have regular bodies, with maybe a few extra pounds. This is in the Western point of view, where obesity is more common, so a bit fat body will look healthy in comparison to an obese body. The OP is using it for kpop idols, also as an expression, but converting it to idols it’s just means ‘not very skinny’.
