Carat here, not true at all. Jeonghan has had long hair in his debut days, it's one of his well known looks amongst fans.
The fact this is something people want to bring up to hate another is not good at all and not needed.

Jungkook and Jeonghan both look beautiful in their own ways. No one idol or online celebrity has a hair colour or hair style that's just for them. Both are beautiful human beings and don't deserve this.

The time when he had the long hair around debut-era, I remember that. When people all the time thought he was somehow realated to NU'EST's Ren since they looked a lot similiar back than and people constantly were asking if they are brothers or cousins, but they arn't even realated.
However I found it so odd back than when he and also Ren had a nosejob around the same time, of cause many people found that super weird and claimed it would've been the fault of their company. Actually for Ren it was that he just never liked how his nose was looking like and for Jeonghan apparently cause he hated to be called a girl cause of how his nose made him look girly with the long hair.
After this he also had cut his hair short and people got sad cause he actually looked so cute with long hair. Now those who liked him with long hair are happy again
