Should Aespa continue the Y2K aesthetic or go for a more modern aesthetic ?

Tron-like
or cyberpunk-ish?
or it would be interesting to see a cyberpunk aesthetic but make it in 2023

I don't know what the difference would be between the old and modern version of robot stuff

Aespa did Y2K?
Some of the design and typography of Girls and Savage was definitely trying to evoke early 2000's "futurism" and the look of stuff like techno album art from that time, especially that "making random sci-fi objects and landscapes with CG" thing that was popular when CG art we getting started.
I personally wouldn't say Y2K itself, but there was stylistic inspiration taken from that time. -

‧₊˚✩彡MY OPINION: I think that Aespa has kinda experimented with both, and I don’t think the girls really dislike either. For example in a buzz feed video, Ning Ning said she really liked y2k style, and the others kinda agreed. I love the futuristic theme, and I don’t want them to lose that because of a popular trend, if they can continue y2k with the current concept I’ll applaud it. At this point it’s all up to SM, but knowing how big companies usually follow trends or what is popular, they will probably go with the cyber y2k stuff.
