I think I saw few groups doing this and I hope it becomes usual practice in kpop.
this wasn't a dance practice, but more of a challenge.
And they need to sing because it helped them to locate each other position 
ateez has done it before but it's been on their concert dvd's and nothing uploaded to youtube
they did it for kingdom too but all i can find is the behind the scenes shit that's like 18-20 mins long
