What is the criteria that your basing your "known" ranking on?
Has Stay-C just finished a very successful world tour? Are they being selected as brand reps/collabs for a number of international brands, including one of the biggest mobile games in the world? Do they have exceedingly strong social media presence and numbers?
Because the group you're supposedly putting them above still does.

If we're talking about in korea i think yes
StayC also have up and down in the chart but they seem to have a pretty good track record these years
While itzy only had downs in the chart
So if we're only talking about korea then yes
If we're talking about overall i don't think
StayC is too far behind the numbers than these groups can do in sales, and i doubt they have the power to tour yet
But well it's always the case for Small agency GG even if they do better in chart they'll never be able to compete with the numbers that big company gg can do thanks to the ease to have a fandom who come from being from a Big company where you get the attention of company stan and other fandom of the group in the label

For me I think Kchart matter the most. The bigger your k-chart is the bigger your fandom tent grow if you can keep your chart consistent enough (and if you've decent SPOTIFY stream)
In this streaming era (I value stream more than album sales and tour), STAYC has decent charting on Kchart and spotify stream but is it enough to beat ITZY overall - hard to tell?

if we just base this one k charts then Mamamoo and Sistar will be the Queens of kpop, and your ranking is weird as hell putting G-ilde above Itzy lol also Nmixx is still above Stayc -
