Interesting idea, but the question is, who will curate the information and what will and won't be included?
I'd expect the more well-known things to be included of course, but there are a lot offensive things out there that sometimes you may now know offended a group of people until it arises.
I'm thinking specifically of Italians being very upset at ITZY over the use of the word Mafia in their song MITM.
some symbols or slurs are niche and not everyone knows about them.
Some stuff like the n-word and Nazi symbol are simply too big for people to be ignorant of. I doubt they are not part of the general education.

You're going to run into a wall if you tell Koreans that this symbol ofends other cultures since they use this in their culture and many other Asian countries do the same. I remember I watched a vlog of a youtuber I follow (she is American but lives in Korea) where she visited a cafe in Jeju and the outside had this symbol carved into the stonewall on 3 sides and she was totally chill about it but 2-3 people were confused and commented on that and everyone else was like "yeah well this is not a harmfull symbol in Asian culture so..."

People shouldn't push the notion that they are similar.
