Sorry but Lisa akagaes needs to stop with the delusion, there was never any yg confirmed article about 950k sales, that was some media projected sales. Now, was she hitting 1m if there were never a problem with her shipments? yes, definitely.
Did yg stop shipping albums? yes they did, not to the extent of shipping 0 albums, but they definitely downsized their usual shipments, and yet Lalisa wasn't the only one affected, Square Up and Solo also suffered from this.
Now did they tried to hide her sales? nope, that is impossible on the label side, Hanteo numbers are also published through info directly from yg, why would they keep Hanteo numbers updated if they are planning onto hide her sales?
If you see the signs, its clearly that was Circle the ones not updating them, and even they admited that they didn't updated her vinyls sales because yg didn't link both vinyls up, despite that being Circle's job and not yg.
Lets be critical and logical here, yg is a hell hole that is 100% depending on BLACKPINK to survive due mutliple illegal activities affecting their reputation, why would they tried to do a criminal move like this that would put them in a bad image with the gp, fans and Lisa herself, who they need to renew her contract?
And finally, can you stop downplaying Jisoo popularity here? the girl has 70m followers, she has 3 global contracts with fashion brands, got a leading role in kdrama that went 1 in the platform that was available in Asia. She can and will hit good sales even if she had a 1 dollar discount.
I don't know why you have to compared Lisa sales with Jisoo. At the moment Lisa and Rosé released their album in 2021 no girl group sold 1 million during that year. After 2022 million sellers become more common. Like half of the top groups already sold million or very close to it. We are living in very different era right now.
So Jisoo's album costs way less than Lisa's...
The fact YG stopped updating when Lisa had 950 sales and even cancelled orders... Now suddenly they are pushing Jisoo, who they didn't give a damn about before.
Just admit the foreign member was the million seller. It's not like everyone doesn't know she is the most popular. It's not fair on Jisoo either, using her for this...
I don't see lisa as being the most mistreated, not with her having 4 more photobooks than the others, that mean yg trust her solo fandom. They're all similarly under worked or utilized at some points of their careers.
