I live in canada and over here everything has gotten so bad with inflation, prices at the grocery store are so high it's like all you can do is starve because your paycheck is gone before you can even look at it. I can relate. I love kpop and I love buying albums too, but I do feel bad and I know I need to cut back a lot, food matters more than a kpop album.

It is really uncertain times but also don’t be too hard on yourself. It is okay to treat yourself - we all can use things to make us a bit happier in this world — as long as it fits your budget etc.
I have reduced my music and entertainment budget this year too. Same for far travels and shopping in general too.

thats a good advice, no impulse buys

u r going to sail smoothly through these bad times

I'm worried for my friends
my priority is my family
If I need to step in, I will take care of my family
However I do not have unlimited resources to help my friends too and alot of them are already struggling.

I rarely buy merchs and only buy albums. But at the rate BTS members are releasing them, I don’t buy the albums immediately. Weverse’s postage is too expensive and they don’t let us buy different albums for the same delivery. I buy when I have extra cash to spare.
Don’t let anyone shame you into buying albums. Of course we want the best for our faves but not at the expense of us not eating or not able to pay basic necessities or not having a healthy savings account. Support them other ways, it’s ok.
