Are companies (YG, JYP) starting to realize the importance of having good vocals again?

I think so. Nowadays, it's not enough just to have a team full of visuals or strong dancers. You really need all three (vocals, visuals, dance) to stand out.

I still think vocals is the one companies seem to care about/utilize the least but the industry does seem to be trending towards "stylistic" or unique vocals instead of just groups that can sing well.
