not really, just means more people are braver or even more comfortable singing in that style. I can't say I know much about singing so if someone wants to correct me, please do so. But Newjeans style in vocals seems more RnB or at least RnB inspired. RnB is a very popular singing style so it'd be natural a lot more people are trained or more comfortable with that style of singing
