Do you think Jisoo solo will do well? (Compared to the other BP solos)

There is alot of hype so she will probably peak within top 5 on Melon. Longevity depends on the song.

Internationally, I think she will do the best.

No lamer than a K-pop idol attempting "rock".

I don't see her doing better than Rosé internationally(Snowdrop was not that of a big hit even internationally) but domestically she has a chance. She is still popular in SK. Sales will not be a problem with her big solo fandom too. Streams will be above average as a BP member.

Rosé has better and bigger initial peaks than Lisa. Higher charting in BBH100. #1 in both BB200. Though Lisa outstreamed eventually with Money. But still Rosé's international success is not far behind (esp China digital sales).

Jisoo's success might be in between Rosé and Lisa's.

Globally whatever she releases will garner above 3.5M streams at debut me thinks, longevity is another thing depending on virality but she would would do decently in that

I think it will depend on the song genre and if it meets fans and casual listener’s expectations and if promoted with great teasers, it can generate hype - I think she will be fine and do great like her bandmates. I am looking forward to see what kind of song…

you can't be serious she did better internationally with snowdrop than in Korea. she had won a few awards and the drama got a lot of hype it was everywhere in the kdrama world at least. .I'm actually shocked lol as much as I didn't like snowdrop she got a lot more fans because of it internationally and she is the third most popular member too.

I actually think she has a chance to do better than lalisa and on the ground since her popularity blew up since 2020 and has a lot of casual fans now but maybe that's me being optimistic but I don't like it when people underestimate her

The real question is the longevity not the peak.

Jisoo's will do well, but maybe not at the level of the other members

if they release Jisoo version of don't speak it gonna break the charts everywhere. This is real y2k peak

She'll do great internationally and locally

A Ballad is fine for me even if I pref other songs as she slayed her cover during the tour.

I think she will do well, but obviously not as well as Lisa. I guess maybe she could do Jennie or Rosé numbers... We shall see. I see her as doing better in Korea than anywhere else.

She is my 2nd fave member and was waiting for her solo debut
