So mental illness is a culture now?
The song's lyrics combined with the music video don't make much sense to me; however, the ending about them forgetting that they were NJs was a bit iconic which I liked. I'd like the music video a bit better if I felt the song was about being driven crazy by a boy you like which I didn't get that vibe from the lyrics. The song is great though.

lol me too, there are some QRTs on TW accusing NJ of romanticizing mental illness, saying it's super inappropriate to make light of people suffering from psychiatric disorders or to use this setting for aesthetics and MV props, etc etc.
you joke but there's people already accusing them of all sorts of stuff. The ward setting is so metaphorical clearly and I'm sure nobody watched Hanni saying i'm an iphone and went well that's an accurate representation of mental illness how dare they use that as a backdrop?? but nobody likes to get outraged (at groups other than your own faves obvs) more than the kpop community

and those people wouldn't be wrong lol. idk whats going on in the MV and i only watched it once so im not judging but i for sure hope they didn't romanticize it cause that's just a no go imo
