No. he doesn't have to go the moment he turns 29.

Ravi turned 29 in Feb but didn't enlist until Oct. Esp if they're enlisting as public service workers as the intake is different for them and it's likely with Kai's back injury that he would probs be PSW as well.

Obviously this is completely untrue, tons of 94-liners haven't enlisted. Not even all the 93-liners have gone yet.
