I didn't lose my taste, but it changed. And it didn't change until like a year after covid. I'm personally blaming the vaccine. Things I used to crave, especially raw onions and curry Marsala, to name a few I now nearly vomit when I smell or taste. Corn dogs tasted rotten how matter what I did to them.

Also, I'd like to add. Prior to Covid carpal tunnel surgery on both hands. It was amazing and was like I'd never had carpal tunnel. The moment I got covid it was like I'd never had the surgery and It's never gotten better since. My doctor reran all the carpal tunnel tests and it's like I never had the surgery. Sad part is, there's no point in doing the surgery again because it will only come back worse.

wild, its the opposite for me atm. i think my smell is coming back, very faintly. taste is just 0 to me.

It was like an irrelevant flu, I barely had symptoms.
But when I got covid, I was already 4x vaccinated (currently 5x), so theres that.
