Most kpop vocalists are average singers

AND THAT'S OKAY!

Most pop singers in general are average singers. It doesn't mean you can't groove to them still.

Pop songs don't really require outstanding vocal talents normally, especially with tech helping them in the studio and even live on stage. It's totally fine to still love their music and their voices.

Technique has objective standards, but taste does not. They don't have to be the best singer or even a particularly good one to be your favorite singer.

Yeah, a lot of kpop dancers are about as skilled as a high school pep squad, but that's okay too. As long as they are entertaining, i will still enjoy it.

I'm a bit more picky about the rappers that I like, but it's not really about being super skilled or authentic with me. I just want them to be able to flow with the music, have an enjoyable tone, and enhance a song.
