Are Monsta X's songs and concepts too "adult"?

I saw something recently where grade school kids weren't in to Monsta X. The reaction kinda was, well, maybe when they're older *smirk*.

Monsta X does have some soft songs, but yeah, a lot of their lyrics and concepts skew older.

Do you think they limit their popularity by not appealing to younger fans?

Honestly, i love it too. I think they've only gotten better with age and maturity. I love that they embrace it.

Right? I love that they provide a little diversity in the market and that they're not afraid of showing this side of them. So many groups completely sanitize themselves for broad appeal.

By the way, I love how Monsta X has their own thing and established themselves well. Starship is quite a good label in managing their artists.

I guess it's a plant thing cuz..... xeed.

As much as Starship has done some questionable things, I like that Monsta X has been able to write/produce under them, release tons of music, and portray the image they want.
