I can relate. Sometimes, I actually feel more tired when I have lots of downtime than if I have energizing activities.

I'm the opposite of you two. But I suppose It's cause I work directly interacting with people, so I feel so tired like If I had run a whole marathon, even though I spend most of the time sitting. Just when I have a moment to lay in bed and being isolated I feel better again.

i get that. i think not having anything to do for long periods of time can built a sort of feeling within myself that makes it hard to bounce back, but i also need a balanced routine of breaks and work.

In the video, he read a comment saying he should rest. He said that, despite the fact the Company suggested he should rest previously, he doesn't want to do it, cause Stray Kids has many important schedules during the end of the year and in the beginning of the next year, so he wants to continue to complete his activities as much as he can and when he feels It's necessary, he will rest.
He said we shouldn't be worried cause continuing the schedules is his own decision and no one is making him not rest (I suppose he read many comments blamming JYP for don't let them rest/overwork them). And he knows his body and limits better than other people do.
