Do you journal? what do you journal about?

I tried before but then I forget.

i used to but my brain is really empty and i figured out i had nothing important to say

No, I look back at what I said a month after I started journalinng when I tried journaling once and I had no idea what I was talking about.

"I went on another date with him. I think we're going on a third soon."

and I was like....... "I went on a date last month?"

I don't have any medium-term memory recollection at all, so I just confuse myself when I read it back.

Yes as I love writing. I either look questions up to write about or make up my own. I haven't done much in a while as busy with work.

I tried a one sentence gratitude journal, but it didn't work. Now I'm attempting to write ____________ was a success! every day for positivity. I keep forgetting to do it though

Well... I have a journal that I use every day, but I don't write much in it.

I've tried many times, but then I can't find the time for weeks. When I was at high school I did it on a daily basis and my journal looked so cute with drawings and stickers.

i did a reading journal this year and found it fun so i just bought a new journaling book and is ready to set up my first bullet journal for the new year. i'm excited

I like to pain in my journal too

i prefer a very minimalist and monotone style. i have my black gel pens, a darker grey tombow marker for titles and a lighter grey tombow marker for highlighting

i also tend to quickly get tired of smth if i put too much energy into it so i think i'll have to start slow and make it a habit before i explore a bit more creatively
