The images in the OP are teasers from their undergrOund idOl project that's been ongoing this year. They've been releasing one solo track per month (minus September) to show off the members' individual talents and styles (or "colors"), and the associated MVs feature interconnected romance stories. Nine will have the last solo, though it hasn't been revealed yet if his MV will be the end of the story or not.

Oh wow! I had no idea. This sounds similar to LOONA's debut. I'm gonna have to check these out.
Oh, they actually have the same creative director! They were originally intended to be a brother group to LOONA, though it didn't end up working out that way. I'm not very familiar with LOONA's overall concept, but it seems that OOO is going in the opposite direction (group and lore first, individual member characteristics later).

Honestly I've been loving these releases, as someone who found OOO because of Junji's solo release I love seeing how all their stories connect, and I dont know I didn't know it formed a rainbow lol I just thought it was the members favourite colours 😂
