Groups that have never discussed or thought about disbandment despite long careers

I believe this is one of those false things idols say to please their fans. Some adults never discuss about their future? Mmm, hard to believe.
Yeah i think groups saying they never considered it are trying to make you drink the Kool aid.
Because yo even my number 1 group BTS talked about that and they were at the top of the universe at this time. Let that sink in, you make hundreds of millions of dollars putting you up there with top American actors in the $$$$ dept in less than 2yrs and you are talking about quitting?🤡🤡 Anyone else below this saying they never considered it is lying like mofo.

Oh, interesting! I actually didn't know this but I sort of figured it. Now that I think about it, they've never really brought it up. They talked about how long they wanted to stay in Twice for and they talked about that they would be happy with what the other member wanted to do. But I think personally, they might've made it a situation where there shouldn't be any pressure from other members to renew with or even resign from the company. And I respect that.
I still kind of imagine them going into a room and talking with each other...not about their stances on their contracts but about where they've been and what they've accomplished together. But that's just me.
They did say that they were surprised when the news came out that all the members renewed their contracts. I think it was Dahyun that said that they didn't know that they all renewed until the day of the public announcement.
But I remember in 2022 how there was so much conversation from the Twice members that they're closer than ever and talking about their time together that made me go like "okay, so it's very possible that they'll renew together." You'll notice it if you watch their content, especially the 2wice date videos where many of them had really deep conversations mostly because they were able to talk one-on-one with each other.

T-Ara made it very clear that they weren't going to disband in 2017 and fought hard (and won) to keep the rights to the name T-Ara from MBK. I'm pretty sure Hyomin has always insisted to be introduced as a member. Hyomin, Jiyeon, Eunjung, and Qri went through a lot during their careers and I think they genuinely view each other as a family and it made their bond a lot closer and I suspect that despite not being as active as other non-disbanded groups that they will continue to make music off/on for a while.
I know the other members of T-Ara like Soyeon, Boram, and Areum had a very rough time as well and they came to different conclusions about why to not continue as members (I will never fault Areum for leaving so quickly, I'm so glad she's happy now). Boram and Soyeon are very religious and (in my opinion) viewed continuing as idols like the other girls wanted would interfere on their chances to get married and start families, but I'd rather them be happy than to sacrifice their happiness to please fans. Soyeon just got married to a hot footballer that she gets to watch play at the World Cup like she is living the dream. Areum is having another baby soon and expanding her family. Boram seems to have left the public sphere altogether, so I hope she is doing well in her retirement.
