There are many insults in Spain that don't have any translation: zoquete, mequetrefe, tunante, soplagaitas, piltrafa, gañán, carajote, bocachancla, abrazafarolas, cierrabares, etc.

They all describe a very dumb person ("peinabombillas" means "you're so dumb that you brush lightbulbs"), or someone who has no values ("cierrabares" is a person who is always the last one to leave the pub), or that talks too much ("bocachancla", a person whose mouth is like a flip-flop sandal).
