The song isn't my thing but the MV is really cool and great but we can clearly that Newjeans MV style inspired them

They definitely copied Newbeans MV aesthetics. The song is much better though i agree.

I railed against Newbeans before cause i recognized the danger they posed, they're an existential threat to the true musical style of Kpop (mixing EDM, hip hop, rap, RnB). These copycat groups are tolerable. But what won't be tolerable is if the groups i listen to all start going for the same generic sounds we've all heard a billion times before. I grew up listening to 90s RnB every day of my adult life it seems like, i went to Kpop to consume something different.

No, only 8 are revealed so far and the other 4 Girls are in this Music Video at the very end entering the Elevator They have a sub unit debut coming up soon too called +(KR)ystal Eyes which I guess is what that ending is alluding too

people saying its newjeans copy when in fact it reminded more of korean R&B soloists like likes of Lee Hi etc mv vibe and kind of old school kpop or 2nd gen/korean vibe or even jpop vibe, its like i am watching 2010s korean or japan movie
