The art industry is tight. I'll be happy to get hired at all. Even if it's to make low brow poop humor.
Some want to be able to make deeper, more respectable high art. They want to create and not be stifled by corporations.
Unfortunately, that is high risk. Less safe.

Being honest. I hate that JYP is wasting their potential. I mean, if are going with that style, i mean. if JYP wants to make the trait of Nmix those akwards raps and the shouting singing then fine, i forgot about Nmixx. But then they make "Cool" And i think: WTF? Here you have a song where JYP prioritizes the singing over rapping, wich is in what they are very good. So, why the hell they make Dice that way?
