If they wanted to be honest, they couldve just included Garam in all the group shots and done a short transition piece where Garam's dismissal is shown. They couldve even had BangPD or whatever figurehead is running Source make a short statement about the controversy to explain to viewers why one of the members was no longer with the group.

What's the point? And it's released before their first comeback.

Because after the termination, I thought they just want to moving on from that case.

Even some people pointed out that some scene are re-taken with just the 5 of them (that black dress for their showcase and the reaction to fearless 72-hour countdown)

Maybe they can't use her because the contract is terminated. Not that they would anyways.

I have to agree with this. It would be better kept back. I would love to see their debut training and stuff but it's better to move on from all this forever.

I’ll just wait to watch the documentary first and comment after. It’s pointless to assume and maybe some things will be cleared up. It is 4 episodes long and that trailer was just a tiny compilation.

Idk I think this is good for them to go to the new era. The documentary would show the mebers first encounters, dance practices, the album process etc which I think will help the fans and casuals see how much work they put in and bot just see them as the girl group with the bullying controversy member.

I actually hope they do this for every coming album. Its a smart way and for me it makes me see the backgrounds of the album working process, dance practises, member thoughts. Sorta like MV making film

To be honest I don't have a lot of hope this will show anything interesting

I've seen Blackpink's documentary - didn't show us a lot of behind the scenes process and was more like some interviews with the members and Teddy

I've seen Twice's YT documentary - basically was just confessional style interviews with the members

The trailer shows them in some kind of internal meeting but I bet they're only gonna show like 20 seconds of it then move on
