but she has something often called here a dumpling/donkey ears or how it is called usually by docs protruding ears
you can see it on left side

btw this is one of mysteries for me because here in Poland no one would look at your nose, eyes, lips, hairline or things like this
but when you will have donkey ears kids will notice it quickly
