Hello, everyone.

I'm here to talk about a few changes concerning how we'll handle badge sets from now on. Given the space issues we've dealt with recently, we came to realize that making 3 sets per category wasn't a wise decision. Especially when not all sets were sold.

Having said this, I have 2 things to announce:

1. Another fire sale to give users a chance to purchase our current badge sets.

Static = 500 akorns (all 4 badges)

Animated = 550 akorns (all 4 badges)

All you need to do is go to this page and purchase the product you want.

In our DM, you tell me which set you want and I'll transfer it to you.

You have 2 weeks.

Afterwards, I'll go through the list and delete sets with 0 sales.

2. We have made 3 sets for groups, but I'm only going to upload 2 sets per group and 1 set per member.

For each group, I'm going to tag the fandom so that they decide which sets they want uploaded.

Noooooo, why? I miss having all the options already! That being said, I do understand since it must be a lot of work to upload them all, only to have not all of them be bought.

I do like the voting aspect though and I’m glad the fandoms will be more involved in picking them.

Ibby, I hope you know I am blaming you for the massive amount of akorns I’m about to spend. At least I’m glad I waited until now to get a few more badge sets I want.

The temptation is real. I am trying really hard to hold back on the 1st gen fire sale as I need plenty of akorns.

I completely understand. I once, for funsies, decide to raft up a few makeshift badge sets because why not? The process itself wasn't hard for me, but I got to learn first hand that not every pretty picture works. That is true. There are some badge sets with no sales and it makes me very sad to see, since I know from experience making badges for events just how much work goes into making them.

Also, kin of off topic, but now I am SO, SO glad I didn't petition for ILY:1 to get badges yet an save it for later. Had I done it earlier, they would be lumped in with the 2nd gen badges and be almost gone at this point. For once my procrastination saved me!

Edit: Forgot to ask, but since we're revamping the K-Pop badge sets and badges, what happens to the rest of the badges (colors, seasons/holidays, LGBTQIA+, J-Pop and so on)? I heard that future petitions won't have group colors as submission options, which I am more than fine with, but anything else happening (or not) with them?
