Okay, so while Blinks and BP supporters were clowning each other with the "Spiders vs. Snakes" dilemma, some had the idea that it might be about vampires, because they have fangs, too. Where are those Blinks who got it right? Some (I'm not saying this is @ripia but I'm also not denying anything) said it can't be because vampires don't have venom.
Two reasons:
First, Jisoo herself said it.
Second, based on folklore and some works of fiction (Twilight, The Mortal Instruments, Vampire Academy, etc.), vampires do have venom. They can either choose to drain their victims completely of blood or transform them into fellow bloodsuckers.
Or drug them to keep them coming back for more. That's why anime such as Black Blood Brothers show how euphoric the vampire bite can be to the victim.
From this we see that Jisoo is the vampire queen who is feeding her followers the pink venom while they chant. The transition between her first scene with Jennie's also show the huge fangs on the black brick wall as she fades out of our view.
