It would be the right thing as she is nominated, but the way YGE handled her solo makes me doubt it.

The purpose of the VMA performance is to promote Pink Venom, as stated previously. It's not to promote old songs that brought nominations to the VMAs. I don't see a reason for a Lisa solo performance.
