He definitely has amazing stage presence and charisma, but to me it starts with that phenomenal, gorgeous, emotional, flexible voice.
Imo, there is no one with a voice like his in kpop. Sure, there are a few slightly more technically proficient singers (though Baek is no slouch in this department), but his tone, musicality, and emotional punch is just unparalleled for me. I could listen to him forever.

He's a very lovable person that instantly brings a smile to your face. Hes a geniunely funny and amazing guy and brings a lot of comfort in the things that he says.
