Wait.......HOW DID I MISS THIS?!? I can't even begin to describe how good this is. Like I'm not a huge fan of the manufactured aspects of kpop so this song feels like a breath of fresh air with just how real and RAW it feels. The lyrics are just so well written and you can just tell it came straight from the heart. Rather than just a song, it feels like an artist bearing their soul and telling a story from a chapter of their life. I mean.....these lyrics:

"I'm fearless but I still fear"

"In this ugly world where the color is fading, you're beautiful in every color and shade"

"A little bit of complication never hurt my body I know but it's different when the target is your mind. And everybody's talking shit no bigger hypocrite it's fine though"

"Back when all I needed was people who will stay"

These words really spoke to me. Like yeah....the world is an ugly place. But having your loved ones next to you is all you need to stay strong and power though. I like that message. It's empowering.

So yeah......I LOVED this song. If it can be considered one of Le Sserafim's discography then it's already one of my favs. Yunjin wasn't kidding when she said she was going to change the idol industry. I hope HYBE nurtures her and allows her to continue to grow. She's not just an idol: she's also an artist through and through.
