Why is Yuehua considered just a mid-size company in Korea?

anything that is not big4 is mid-tier or lower. starship is still mid-tier despite having several successful acts (Sistar, monsta x, ive). same with cube. also, yuehua being huge in china doesn't necessary mean they have the same connections and resources in south korea.

If SM created a company in the USA, would they be mid size?

I guess it would depend on how much money they invest in the branch.

Compared to republic records, interscope, Warner maybe not.

A BG selling 100k is not really large company standards these days.

Especially when most top BGs are selling in the millions (heck even GGs are getting close to those numbers these days).

I'd say Cube and Starship are closer to be being big companies when compared to Yuehua.
