Are there any older idols you didn't like but then as time went on you changed how you felt about them?

Jessi - Like with most people, I found her to be completely different from how she really is, I judged the book by its cover but I am happy I got past that and found who she is.

Taeyeon only because i stanned jessica first and they had an in group rivalry for who was best at singing and adlibing and now i prefer Taeyeon out of the two musically and personality-wise.

With time i’m learning that being withdrawn doesnt necessarily mean that you think youre better than everyone else.

Same for Rosé but moreso because i thought her voice was too nasally, but its grown on me tbh

I remember when 2nd generation was happening i didn't like Gyuri from KARA at all, she seemed so self absorbed and stuck up and it really rubbed me the wrong way, whenever i saw her in variety shows i would just roll my eyes, whenever she said she was the prettiest when i didn't even think she was the prettiest in her group, but as time went by and i watched one of her videos in recent days i found her so hilarious and i was laughing/smiling throught the whole video, so i feel if she was debuting with that concept today i would stan her, maybe that concept wouldn't work now days though
