Yeah i hated that the promo was so short. It almost felt like JYP did everything right this release...there is so much more potential....

Maybe, but I know Nayeon has been working very hard preparing for and during the promos.
So it will be nice to let her have some downtime before they just into group things as well. The rest of the members got some time off, so I think she deserves it too.
She did mention during an interview that she would rest for "around 4 days" after the solo promotions and then dive back into other things.

I figured things like reality shows are usually filmed in advance and they just have to save it to release after promo.

Yeah, if she had some long form content like reality shows, then that would have worked.
I was more referring to having an additional week of music shows. Music shows are always the most tiring schedules they have, and I don't know if an additional week would help all that much.
