When I first heard the song, I was actually quite disappointed lol. I never told anyone cuz I'm a Nayeon stan and I just cant admit something like that. But some of the parts that I did not like at first listen, I grew to love lol I loved the song after the 5th listen and it just kept getting better and better exponentially after.

Now it's one of my favorite songs

Choreo lit, bridge lit, verses and chorus ok. Overall a blop. I still like to watch Nayeon perform though, she's never boring onstage.

and I guess I'm the person when people say

"wait for promotions to start" since Nayeon's performance is great and (for me at least) turns an otherwise ok song to a good song...

I think I would describe it as like pop perfection? Sure maybe it's not reinventing the wheel and could be "generic", but it's done in a really good way. It's fun, light and catchy, and that's perfectly respectable and a good thing I think. :)

Agree. When the first snippet was released I didn't like it but the full song was great. Also that hand choreo is so catchy.
