babes, lmfaooo i am about to tell you a secret poison that i use to pull all nighters. I am a BIG sleeper, once im asleep iโm as good as dead.
what youโll need is:
- 2 tsp of matcha
- 1 nespresso capsule/coffee (long black with extra shot or smth VERY caffeinated)
- a whole lot of courage
mix this all together hot and wait for it to cool before drinking it. I donโt actually know if itโs horrible for your body, but i had two cups of these and took a 20min nap at 4am since my brain was getting foggy. I finished two assignments i had procrastinated on by barely starting (ik iโm so organised)
The only side effects are frequent trips to the toilet (since caffeine is a diuretic = makes you pee) and i started shaking a little after the second cup.
Also some squats will help. Stand up straight and intertwine your hands behind your back, arms locked and shoulders rolled back. Squat deeply, and put your arms over your head (which should be in between your thighs or bent towards them). Repeat 10 times. It replenishes your energy quite well~!

I second the matcha. Honestly, that's all you need. You don't need the extra caffeine from anything else.
Matcha's also super healthy. If you can't stand the bitterness, mix it with two teaspoons of sugar (or any amount to your liking) and a glass of ice and milk. Your drink should be 75% ice and milk and 25% matcha. That's how I like to do it.

and about the parents thing, i procrastinated really bad at this and they think i'm already done with the project so they'll get pissed if they know if didn't lol
also they get mad if i stay awake late even for homework...
If you don't have matcha, any caffeinated tea or coffee will work. Be cautious if it's coffee, though, because it can get you anxious.

Do you like iced coffee by chance, you can prep it before your parents go to bed or at any time, that way they can't get mad at you. Is it cold where you're from... this is super extra but store it outside your window, bam, it stays chilled
lol but willy stuff aside I feel ya, when I still lived with my parents I had to sneak around because they hated the fact I procrastinated and was nocturnal too
my family actually doesn't drink coffee that often so they have it in like a cupboard somewhere (i know where it is though lol)
but either way they'd be suspicious why i'm suddenly asking to drink coffee lmaoo
and ig yeah it's pretty cold these days but I don't think it's that cold lmaooo
