He has a long story of being banned and unbanned
That since the old forum
I won't say the reasons he was banned every time, because it goes many years in the past
But there were more insensitive things he said
I can't speak for past staff, but our current staff very much goes by the principle behind 2nd chances. People can change for the better after all and we want to let them have that chance if they would like to prove they learned and are moving forward. But 3rd chances are one too many.

I'd rather not be the fool.
