It's actually 5 times back to back. Every single new release since 'Dynamite' has debuted at #1. They will tie with Drake for the most #1 debuts in HOT 100 history if they do it with 'Yet to Come'. While no one in kpop has debuted in top 10 of HOT 100 ever.

It would be nice if they get #1 on Hot 100 but they don't have to get it on each and every single comeback. That won't lessen their legendary status. Not even top western artists do it so why expect that from BTS. But knowing Kpoppies mentality, BTS not getting #1 means they flopped or they have peaked or they're on their way out. They will be swarming all over the place.

It's a mindset where they want BTS to fail so badly and lose their shit when it doesn't happen or when BTS come up with something even more legendary.

Well, it's indeed interesting how things are gonna go with new rules. I think they still will get their #1 at debut anyway, but to maintain it may be more difficult this time. It also obviously will depend on other releases around the time. We'll see.
