Hybe has never used members personal life to cover up any scandal before. Hybe didn't release any statement because that's obviously fake and they didnt think a fan edit deserves that much attention while yg did. And after this statement more people are believing the rumor.

What would jennie or yg achieve by thus dating news ? Nothing.

Hybe instead had everything to benefit for a bit of time off the bullying scandal and their reputation that's going downhill with the journalists issue about Las Vegas concert and bts exemption from the army.

Members are most definitely already dating but we never saw their any leaked pictures probably because hybe tries their best to protect their privacy, jimin was getting hate their armys were protesting against their coo they didn't pulled any stunt and u think they'd do that for Garam??

Right after the GD thing they throw her into another relationship rumor - you think they would see this as good for their artist's image? Of course they wouldn't set it up, and of course they would deny.

The fact that both companies are acting like their hands are tied answers the question really. Not about their relationship status, but confirming that the picture was real would get fans steamed all by itself.

I don't think that v is dating Jennie but it sure does seem strange that a photo which mostly believe is fake and edited came out right now. And ofc hybe is not saying anything because in the end almost no one thinks it's true so it's not doing much harm to V or bts, but it surely took off a bit of interest from the Garam issue.

Why wouldn't it benefit yg?? her potentially dating V really strengthens her place as an IT GIRL.

Theres definitely somehting wrong with that picture. It doesn't look legit to me. That's why Hybe didn't bother to reply they don't want to give them any kind of attention, they didn't reply to jimin and yein rumors either basically when it's idols involved they don't give a f. Watch taehyung release some photos in the upcoming days to prove the rumor is false.

And so ? Yg is not loosing anything at the moment. Hybe loosing face doesn't change the fact that they have shares on a yg subsidiary.

Yg isn't affected at all by what's happening.

I don't get why people need to find someone else as a culprit just because hybe can't do no wrong. People should wake up and see that hybe is no different than a money hungry company that got drunk on power.

that's YG for you he doesn't give a flying fuck about blackpink's reputation. Jennie had malicious rumors and Jennie's fanbase tried to reach YG to handle the situation and their response was they couldn't do much .

But there's a big difference.

Yg never made up rumors, for none of their artists. They just decide not to reply to rumors, which may be not the right answer in certain situations, but they probably do not care since every few weeks theres some kind of new rumor and they can't answer to every one of them.

Here you're suggesting that yg made up the rumor of them dating but imo that's something yg won't ever do and has never done nor with bp or with any of their other artists.
