Kwon Ji-yong also known by his stage name G-Dragon is a South Korean rapper, singer-songwriter,record producer,entrepreneur and fashion designer. He has developed an interest in rap due to his exposure to American rap group Wu-Tang Chan and trained for 6 years in YG entertainment since the age of 12 and later debuted as a leader of boy group Big Bang in 2006. His career in the entertainment industry has begun at the age of 6 in a group Little Roo'Ra. But after releasing an Christmas album the group's contract was terminated by the company and later he has scouted by SM entertainment and trained there for 5 years from the age of 7 to 12 specializing in dance before he left. He participated in a Korean rap album Flex in 2001 and became the youngest Korean rapper at the age of 13.
